Label Rouge Scottish Salmon
The Scottish Label Rouge salmon is farmed in the pristine Loch Duart fjord. The maximum stocking density in these seawaters pens is 1,5% salmon, which means the salmon has an abundance of space to grow. Due to this freedom of movement, the flesh contains a maximum of 16% lipid.
Label Rouge is a granted to products demonstrating superior quality and taste by the French Ministry of Agriculture. The Scottish Label Rouge salmon was the first non-French food to receive this award.
